Error ID Item Description
050101 Table-X Axis Origin Encoder origin was not detected.
(Cause 1) The encoder section of the motor may be defective or the encoder cable may be
broken.
(Remedy 1) Turn off the power and check for looseness of the connector section for the signal
cable.
If the error is not canceled yet after this check operation, the broken signal cable
or the motor may be defective. Consult our service personnel for the remedy.
050102 Table-X Axis Origin Origin sensor (slide) was not detected.
(Cause 1) The sensor may be defective or the cable may be broken.
(Remedy 1) Press the [RETURN] button to cancel the error display and then the [ALL] button
entitled "ZERO".
If the error cannot be canceled after the zeroing operation, it is required to re-
place the sensor or the sensor cable with a new one. Consult our service person-
nel for details.
050103 Table-X Axis Origin Origin sensor (slide) and Limit error has been detected.

(Cause 1) An optical beam of the sensor is shielded.
(Cause 2) Dirt adheres to the sensor and the optical beam is shielded.
(Remedy 1) Turn off the power supply and move the X/Y table to the position where opera
tions can be performed more easily.
Re-attach the light shield plate and the sensor securely (remove the looseness).
Re-supply power to the machine and perform the zeroing operation.
(Remedy 2) Wipe off dirt on the sensor and re-perform the zeroing operation.
