02**2300** Error in Electrode (Ball) Inspection
02**2301** The Electrode(ball) position is incorrect.
02**2302** There is Electrode(ball) of the size outside permissible value.
(Cause 1) There is a difference between the results of the electrode (ball) inspec
tion of the selected component and the component library data.
(Remedy 1) Check the electrodes (balls) of the selected component and the compo-
nent library data.
Correct wrong parameters if they are set in the component library
data.
02**2400** Error in Polarity Detection.
02**2401** Failed in Polarity Detection.
02**2402** The detected polarity differs from specification.
(Cause 1)There is a difference between the results of the polarity determination of
the selected component and the component library data.
(Remedy 1) Check the polarity of the selected component and the component li
brary data.
Correct wrong parameters if they are set in the component library
data.
02**2900** Picked Posture Error
02**2901** The pick angular skew is big.
02**2902** The pick-up position has deviated greatly in X direction.
