Lubrication for Rotary Turret 1Y2
Every Year Oil Change (SYNTHESO HT220)
Pull out the oil outlet hose from the machine and discharge the old oil into the
container. After that, supply new oil from Oil Inlet 1 or 2.
Note: Do not apply any air pressure to the internal area of the rotary turret
while oil is being discharged.
Otherwise, oil may leak out of the sealed section of the rotary turret.
• Change the oil with new one after initial 500 hours and every 6,000 hours for
subsequent use.
The proper amount of oil is equivalent to "1/2" of the oil gauge. (11 or 12 liters)
• Wipe off the oil pooled in the oil pan if necessary.
Precautions on Oil Replenishment
After the oil supply, turn on the power to activate the oil cooling pump.
After the machine is powered up, turn off the power of the machine (normal
shutdown operation).
Check the amount of oil when the oil level has become stable.
Note: Refer to "1.4.13 Lubrication of Rotary Turret" for the lubrication
procedure.
Oil Gauge of Rotary Turret 1W9
Every Week Inspection
Check the level of the oil gauge with the machine not powered.
If the level is not located at the center (red ball) of the oil gauge, replenish the oil.
• The proper amount of oil is equivalent to "1/2" of the oil gauge.
