Crnt. Prgm. : Model (Pattern Program) Name for Automatic Op-
eration
Comment : Displayed is the comment attached to the current
program.
*5 Run Mode and Stop Mode
Displayed are the run and stop modes of the machine.
Run Mode
AUTO : This indicates that the machine is set in the "AUTO"
mode (automatic production).
PASS : This indicates that the machine is set in the "PASS"
mode.
TEACH : This indicates that the machine is set in the "TEACH"
mode (teaching operation).
Stop Mode
CYCLE: When the machine is set in this mode, it places com-
ponents completely on one P.C.B. and stops running.
STEP : This indicates that the machine is set in the "STEP"
mode (step operation).
When the machine is set in this mode, it stops running
every time one-step placement operation is completed.
This mode is valid only when the [STOP] button is "ON"
(illuminates in red).

Window Layout
When the [AUTO OPN.] button on the submenu bar is pressed, the
following window opens.

Window Composition
*1 Tabs and Tab Sheets
The "AUTO OPN." window (submenu) is provided with the following
3 tabs. When a tab is pressed, the corresponding tab sheet ap-
pears inside the window.

Tabs Description
Message This tab sheet displays the step Nos., the feeder Nos., the nozzle
Nos., the nozzle IDs, etc., (related to the picked and placed compo-
nents) in the pattern program.
State This tab sheets displays the management data such as the number
of processed P.C.B.’s, etc.
Origin/Signal Info. This tab sheet displays the origin information on each device and
the real-time signal exchange condition between the main machine
and the input/output machines.
