1.3.1 Environmentally-Friendly Disposal of Materials and Components
SIPLACE products are manufactured using only materials and parts that can be easily separated
and disposed of in an environmentally-friendly way.
NOTICE
Observe the applicable regulations
The company operating the system has sole responsibility for the proper,
environmentally-
friendly disposal of machines, working materials, consumables and wear
parts.
Please observe your national statutory provisions for waste disposal and ►
environmental protection.
1.3.2 Use of Original SIPLACE Accessories and Spare Parts
Only use original spare parts and authorized accessories. The use of other parts will affect safety
and will invalidate the liability for any consequential damage.

Choose between the German and English version.
The various sections of the website contain information on our products, services, and the people
to contact.
In addition to this, registered customers also have access to the MySIPLACE user group. Here,
you can find specific information about our placement machines, including:
● technical documentation,
● technical information,
● lists of spare parts, and so on.
Registration for access to the MySIPLACE is very simple:
1. Click in the header on the website, and then click the Register
link.
2. Fill in the registration form and send it off.
You will soon receive your user name and password with which you can access MySIPLACE.

1.4 Staff Qualifications and Training
Qualified or adequately trained personnel means that these people are familiar with the setting up,
operation and maintenance of automatic placement systems and add-on devices and are suitably
qualified, e.g.:
● Have been trained, instructed or authorized to switch on and off, isolate, earth and identify
electrical circuits and system components in accordance with normal safety standards.
● Have been trained or instructed in the upkeep and use of appropriate safety equipment in
accordance with normal safety standards.
● Have received first aid training.

2 System Requirements and Compatibility
The following requirements and compatibility apply for the SIPLACE BulkFeeder X:

● A separate SIPLACE Vision computer is required for each placement machine. This is a
427d I7 computer equipped with a 4x GigE interface card and the cabling to connect the
SIPLACE BulkFeeder X and the computer.
The SIPLACE Vision software for the SIPLACE BulkFeeder X has to be installed on the
SIPLACE Vision computer. Information can be found in the Station Software Installation
Manual, item no.: [00198001-xx]
● Software requirements:
Station software: Version 710.1 or higher
SIPLACE Pro: Version 14.1 or higher
ASM Setup Center: Version 9.1 or higher
● Supported tables: COT60 and COT40
The SIPLACE BulkFeeder X is designed as a standard X-Feeder and occupies 3 tracks.
Therefore, it can be set up on every changeover table, docking station or other tools designed
for X-Feeders.
● Supported placement heads: C&P20 A, C&P20 P
2.1 Restrictions
– COT30 table is not supported.
– X-series placement machines with hardware ID < 6 of the FCU are not supported. However,
with the Upgrade Kit (DTC FCU) it is possible to upgrade the machine to ID >=6.
– No combination with MTC / WPC / linear feeders / stick feeders at one table.
– Station software 60x is not supported.
– No combination with the Coplan option.
