2.2.3 Cover Section
DANGER
There are strong motorized and high-voltage areas
inside the machine. Special caution should be paid
not to touch them.
Doing otherwise will cause personal injury (serious
accident).
•
Only qualified maintenance personnel should
detach the covers.
•
The machine should be operated with the covers
being attached.
•
If a cover is detached, be sure to reattach it.
•
Be sure to close the transparent covers (door
type) before operating the machine.
•
Do not disengage the interlock mechanism of the
transparent covers (door type).
WARNING
Be sure to keep the all
transparent covers closed to
avoid any danger when the automatic operation is
started or during the automatic operation.
CAUTION
Avoidhandandngerinjuries.
•
Be careful to avoid hand and nger injuries when
closing the transparent covers.
•
Hold the handgrip rmly and open or close the cover
slowly.

The transparent covers on the upper side of the beam unit and safety covers
around the base are mounted, so that any part of your body, clothes or object is
not in contact with the moving section inside the machine, to prevent any danger
during the automatic operation.
Each transparent cover has the interlock function. When the transparent cover is
closed and the [Cover READY] button is pressed to turn ON the button light, the
interlock mechanism is started up so that the transparent cover can not be opened.

2.3 Mechanism for Operations
2.3.1 Power Breaker
The power breaker is used to supply or intercept the power to the main machine.
The power breaker can be locked with a padlock.

Before performing maintenance work, shut off the
power breaker and lock the power breaker with the
padlock.

Operation of Power Breaker
Turn on the power breaker to supply power to the machine.
Turning off the power breaker intercepts the power to the machine.
