7. Close the rear center safety cover.
8. Turn on the servo switch.
9. Press
UNLOCK
and Head rotate .
• 3 transfer heads on the pickup side of main
axis rotates by 180°.
10. Turn off the servo switch.
11. Open the rear center safety cover.
12. Remove other nozzle holders.
13. Remove the transfer head.
∗ Loosen the bolts (A) on the front of housing
with a hexagonal wrench.

Check Every 1000 Hours (Once Two Months)
2. Cleaning and checking (changing) the transfer head
1. Remove the reflector.
∗ Loosen the bolt (A) on the top of holder with a
hexagonal wrench.
2. Remove the holder from the housing.
3. Remove the bearing, MY packing, and
O-ring.
4. Carry out cleaning, checking, and
greasing.
(Oil Grease : BARRIERTA IEL/V)
(Grease application point)
• Ball of bearing (2 points)
• Inside-diameter surface of MY packing (2
points)
5. Set the bearing, MY packing and O-
ring.
∗ Be careful of setting direction of bearing and
MY packing.
6. Set the holder to the housing.
7. Set the reflector.
∗ Adjust the positions of positioning pin of
reflector and positioning hole of holder.
