2. Cleaning and checking (changing) the transfer head
1. Remove the reflector.
∗ Loosen the bolt (A) on the top of holder with a
hexagonal wrench.
2. Remove the holder from the housing.
3. Remove the bearing, MY packing, and
O-ring.
4. Carry out cleaning, checking, and
greasing.
(Oil Grease : BARRIERTA IEL/V)
(Grease application point)
• Ball of bearing (2 points)
• Inside-diameter surface of MY packing (2
points)
5. Set the bearing, MY packing and O-
ring.
∗ Be careful of setting direction of bearing and
MY packing.
6. Set the holder to the housing.
7. Set the reflector.
∗ Adjust the positions of positioning pin of
reflector and positioning hole of holder.

3. Setting the transfer head
1. Set the transfer head to the elevating
unit.
∗ Adjust positions of positioning hole of holder
and positioning pin at the bottom of elevating
unit.
∗ Tighten three bolts in front of the housing with
a hexagonal wrench.
2. Set the nozzle holder.
“1-4-1 Cleaning and Changing the
Nozzles”
∗ Be careful not to set the nozzle at the wrong
position (nozzle position).
3. Close the rear center safety cover.
4. Turn on the servo switch.
