This section describes exchanging the vacuum change valves.
1. Turn off the power.
2. Open the front safety cover.
3. Remove the cover of main axis with a
cross screw driver.
4. Remove the yellow connector con-
nected with vacuum change valve
from the head theta motor board.

1-7-5 Changing the Nozzle Extension Claw [ 3000 Hours ]
This section describes changing and adjusting the nozzle extension claws.
Nozzle extension claw is the part to press the nozzle stopper of elevating unit at the “Nozzle
extension” station of main axis and to extend the nozzle.
