7. Press Axis information .
The “Axis information” screen appears.
8. Turn off the servo switch.
9. Open the rear center safety cover.
10. Rotate the main axis motor to 430±5
by hand, and rotate the head and
adjust the position visually, so that
the nozzle loosening lever gets into
the gap of A (between nozzle numbers
1 and 2).
NOTICE
Make sure of not contacting the nozzle loosening lever to the nozzle number seal.

13. Install the lever type dial gauge to the
nozzle loosening lever.
Set the lever type dial gauge to the right side of
the nozzle loosening lever horizontally.

14. Loosen the nut of rod end for the
outlet of nozzle on cam BOX 1, with
the 13mm spanner wrench.
It is the first one viewed from the rear side.
15. Loosen the nut of rod end of nozzle
drawing part with the 13mm spanner
wrench.
16. Adjust the nozzle loosening lever to
the position shown below with a
10mm spanner wrench, and set the
dial gauge to 0.
