14. Loosen the nut of rod end for the
outlet of nozzle on cam BOX 1, with
the 13mm spanner wrench.
∗ It is the first one viewed from the rear side.
15. Loosen the nut of rod end of nozzle
drawing part with the 13mm spanner
wrench.
16. Adjust the nozzle loosening lever to
the position shown below with a
10mm spanner wrench, and set the
dial gauge to 0.

17. Adjust the nozzle loosening lever so
that it comes into the gap of A (be-
tween nozzle numbers 1 and 2), rotat-
ing the head, and so that it is between
+ 0.05mm and 0.15mm head, turning
the wrench to the Extends (+) direc-
tion.
∗ If it is over the standard, the nozzle may not
work properly, or may be damaged.
18. Tighten the nuts of the rod end of
nozzle drawing part at the upper and
lower positions.
19. Check that the scale of dial gauge is
within the range of + 0.05mm to
0.15mm.

4. Adjusting setting position
1. Store the nozzle by hand.
2. Slowly move the nozzle drawing claw
in the right direction, and fix the bolt
at the position where the nozzle has
just dropped.
3. Rotate the main motor in the reverse
direction about 30 pulse, and store
the nozzle by hand.
4. Slowly rotate the main motor rightly,
and when the nozzle clicks in falling
down, adjust the pulse of axis infor-
mation to 473 ± 5.
NOTICE
When there is the head below 468 pulse after checking all heads, adjust it to the
standard one again, considering it as a reference.
