Changing the Consumable Parts Every 1500 to 6000 Hours
∗ When the height does not match the standard
value, adjust it loosening two screws on the
upper position of the tape feeding cam follower.
a. Loosen the bolt holding the plate by hand.
b. Push up the plate.
c. Fix the bolt temporarily.
∗ Tighten the bolts after adjustment.
2. Turn the coupling of main motor, and
set “Main” on the “Axis information”
screen to near “0 (pulse).”
∗ “Main” must be within 0 ± 10 pulse.
3. Remove the inspection jig.

1-7-7 Changing the Tape Discharging Hoses [3000 Hours]
Tape cut in the cutting unit is collected to the blower through the waste tape ejecting hose.
Waste tape ejecting hose on the main body and blower side is taped with a hose band. Loosen and
change these.
∗ Check hoses so as they are not disconnected
by hand.

1-7-8 Changing the Board Transfer Rollers [3000 Hours]
The board transfer roller on each conveyor is changed.
1. Turn off the power.
2. Remove the board transfer belt.
∗ Removing board transfer belt.
“1-7-9 Changing the Board Transfer
Belts”
3. Remove the roller with a hexagonal
wrench.
4. Set a new roller.
5. Set the board transfer belt.
∗ Setting board transfer belt

∗ After changing, check the movement at “Board
transfer” on the “Machine adjustment menu”
screen.
