1-2-2 Using the Grease Gun

Select appropriate nozzle.

2. Fit the nozzle to the grease gun.

3. Attach the nozzle tip to the grease

nipple and pull the lever a few times.

4. Clean any surplus grease on the

grease nipple and surrounding of it

with a cloth.

Nozzle is not fully pushed.

Nozzle is properly attached to the nipple.

2. Slide the button to “R” with the trigger

pulled.

3. Slide the rod to the right.

for the next use.

4. Slide the button to “2” with the trigger

pulled.

5. Fit the cylinder containing grease and

the piston to the dispensing gun.

6. Fit the transparent tube to the cylin-

der tip, and connect the transparent

tube with the nozzle.

7. Turn the knob until the arrow on it

points downward. Move the knob to

the arrow direction until the piston in

the dispensing gun touches the one

in the cylinder.

∗ While the arrow of the knob points upward, the

trigger will not move.

• Pull the trigger several times so that grease will

reach the nozzle tip. When you pull the trigger,

grease will be out.

∗ If you feel the lever heavy or grease will not be

out well, pull the knob once.

Then, press and screw it so that the rod gear

will engage, and check the motion.
