Check Every 24 Hours (Routine)
1-3-4 Transfer Head : Cleaning the Head (after Operation)
Remove any foreign bodies from the head with an air gun.
∗ Before starting operation, carry out “Return to
origin” in the “Machine adjustment menu”
screen. If they have already been done, this is
unnecessary.

• The “Machine parameter” screen appears.
2. Press Machine mainte .
• The “Machine maintenance” screen appears.
3. Press Head mainte .
• The “Head maintenance” screen appears.

7. Close the rear center safety cover.
8. Turn on the servo switch.

UNLOCK
and Main axis step .
• Main axis moves by steps.
10. After that, repeat the procedures 4 to
9 to remove the foreign bodies from
the transfer head.

Cleaning the Board Holder and X-Y Table (after Operation)
Clean the board holder and X-Y table.
1. Turn off the power.
2. Open the front safety cover.
Board holder
3. Clean the holder with a vacuum
cleaner.
∗ Clean to remove chips.
