• Every pressing the key changes the type of
nozzle.
Standard :
∗ Select the type of nozzle to clean and change.
5. Press
UNLOCK
and Nozzle Extend .
• While the main axis goes around, the nozzle
selected at procedure 4 is extended from the
retracted position, and all transfer heads rotate
to be at the most far position.
6. Turn off the servo switch.
7. Open the rear center safety cover.
8. Remove the nozzle holder from the
transfer head.
• When using the jig for attaching and detaching
a nozzle, you can detach a nozzle easily.
∗ In setting and removing nozzles, it is unneces-
sary to loosen the set screw.
Make sure of not loosening of this set screw.
The spring runs out.
∗ To prevent the guide from rising with nozzles
held up, press the guide with a finger.
∗ Remove the same type of nozzle from each
transfer head.

2. Cleaning and checking the nozzles
The nozzle has very intimate structure in it. Be careful not to strike the nozzle tip during operation.
NOTICE
Be careful not to leave the chemicals like alcohol or lubricating oil on the reflector
of nozzle.
These worsens the reflector.
1. Clean whole nozzle with a cloth.
2. Check that the nozzle are not clogged
with the nozzle cleaning pin (acces-
sory).
3. Clean the inside of nozzle with the air
gun.
4. Check for the damage of nozzle tip
with a loupe, etc.
5. Clean nozzle reflector with a clean
and soft cloth.
3. Changing the nozzle
If the nozzle has the damage on the tip, change it.
• The nozzle has the structure like figure above.
