4. Select the nozzle.
∗ Several nozzles can be selected.
Pressing can also select all
nozzles at once.
∗ Pressing exist for “Visual check” stops the
machine for each head, and enables to see the
nozzle on the screen.
5. Press
UNLOCK
and Nozl set chk .
• “Checking the nozzle” appears.
∗ The head No. and name of nozzle to check are
displayed.
For the wrong nozzle arrangement, following screen is displayed.
6. Check “Head No.” and “Nozzle.”
∗ When the nozzle check is not over, press
UNLOCK
and Yes to continue checking.

∗ Continue the operation by step until the head of
nozzle which may be wrong comes to the “Chip
pickup” station.
11. Turn off the servo switch.
12. Open the rear center safety cover.
13. Check the nozzle arrangement, and
change nozzles if an error is found.
∗ If the arrangement is changed, carry out “Checking nozzle settings.”

6. Nozzle exchange teaching
Make sure of carrying out “Nozzle exchange teach” after removing and setting nozzles.
1. Press Nozzle exchange teach .
• The message for checking appears.
2. Press Yes .
• “Head angle origin teaching,” “Height sensor
angle origin teaching,” “Nozzle height teaching”
are automatically carried out.
