Check Every 560 Hours (Once a Month)
1-5-7 Cleaning the Feeder Table
This unit is for positioning and fixing the tape feeder. Waste tape here may cause bad fixing when
setting the tape feeder and so shift the chip pickup position to worsen the pickup fault rate.
1. Turn off the power.
2. Open the rear safety cover.
3. Clean the feeder table.

1-5-8 Cleaning and Greasing the Feeder Drive Axis
This unit is for moving the feeder table by the servo motor.
1. Turn off the power.
2. Open the rear safety cover.
3. Clean the linear bearing and ball
screw, and apply grease.
(Oil : ALBANIA 2)
a. Linear bearing
Apply grease rail with spatula.
b. Ball screw
Grease nut through grease nipple (2 points).
c. Linear bearing
Grease through the grease nipple (4 points) of
linear bearing slider.

1-5-9 Transfer Head : Cleaning the Filter (Change)
This section describes cleaning and changing the filters among parts used for transfer head.
Maintenance is mainly carried out at the rear side of machine.
NOTICE
It is unnecessary to remove the transfer head in this operation.
1. Removing the filter
∗ Before starting operation, carry out “Return to
origin” and “Stage escape” on the “Machine
adjustment menu” screen. If they have already
been done, this is unnecessary.
