Check Every 560 Hours (Once a Month)
1-5-9 Transfer Head : Cleaning the Filter (Change)
This section describes cleaning and changing the filters among parts used for transfer head.
Maintenance is mainly carried out at the rear side of machine.
NOTICE
It is unnecessary to remove the transfer head in this operation.
1. Removing the filter
∗ Before starting operation, carry out “Return to
origin” and “Stage escape” on the “Machine
adjustment menu” screen. If they have already
been done, this is unnecessary.

10. Press
UNLOCK
and Main axis step .
•Main axis moves by steps.
11. After that, repeat the procedures 4 to
10, and remove filters from all transfer
heads.
2. Cleaning and changing the filters
1. Remove the waste in the air path and
filter of pin with air guns.
2. Clean the pin and O-ring with a cloth.
∗ Change the damaged parts.
3. Apply grease to O-ring.
(Oil : BARRIERTA IEL/V)
3. Setting the Filter
1. Assemble each part.
∗ Be careful of setting direction of filter.
2. Clean the transfer head side to be
inserted with a cotton bud.
3. Tighten pins with drivers.
