1Overview

This manual describes how to convert the DLM1 revolver head for use on S-23 HM placement

systems. 1

Before the DLM1 revolver head can be used on S-23 HM placement systems, 1

– the vacuum hoses for the placement circuit, holding circuit and scanning must first be extended

(see points 1, 2 and 3 in Fig. 3 - 1) and

– the vacuum generator (see item 4 in Fig. 3 - 1) must be raised by 30 mm.

CAUTION

This retrofit must only be carried out by SIEMENS engineers or appropriately qualified

personnel. 1
