2.1 Overview and Requirements
This SOKO is designed to be mounted at location 2.1 as shown above (highlighted area).
It requires the mounting of “Tray Assembly” [03129046‑xx] in location 2.1.
“Magazine holder” [03103612‑xx], together with nozzle magazine(s) [03103613‑xx] and/or
[03109863‑xx] which were originally occupying location 2.1, are to be relocated to location 2.2.
The necessary mounting blocks are included as part of this SOKO package to support mounting in
location 2.2.

"Height Measurement Block FLEX
LOC2" [03118537-xx] is needed to ensure
that the correct height is achieved during
the repositioning of the magazine holder
[03103612-xx] to location 2.2.
Additional Restrictions:
●
This SOKO is applicable for E by SIPLACE - FLEX RV12 and TwinHead variant.
●
The combined height for JEDEC tray + components should not be higher than 15mm.
●
Single nozzle magazine [03109863-xx] is not recommended for use in location 2.2.

► At location 2.1, remove the existing magazine holder {03103612-xx], and nozzle magazines
[03103613-xx] and/or [03109863-xx] originally at location 2.1.
► Keep "shim cover nozzle station" [03108393-xx], and "shim nozzle station" [03108395-xx] on
the machine as shown above.
► Assemble "tray assembly" [03129046-xx], into position as shown above and secure with four
M5x16 cap screws.
► At location 2.2, fix "mounting block left 2B" [03112942-xx], onto [03113123-xx] and secure us-
ing one M4x16 cap screw as shown above.
