Validity of Single Nozzle Magazine

Mounting of "Single nozzle magazine" [03109863-xx], in location 2.2 is only valid for "E-by

SIPLACE FLEX" machines without flip chip camera, at the positions shown above.

Additional Restrictions:

●

This SOKO is applicable only for E by SIPLACE - FLEX RV12 variant only.

●

The combine height for JEDEC tray + components should not be higher than 15mm.

●

Single nozzle magazine [03109863-xx], it NOT recommended for use in location 2.2.
