INSTALLATION
For the installation
This manual is for the installation of this machine.
The installation should be conducted with the procedure of this manual. Disjointing
the machine for the displacement of the line should be conducted by the procedure
of 1-2 in reverse order.
1-1 Preparations for Installation
This section describes the conditions and how to install the equipment.
1-2 Installing Procedure
This section describes the operating procedures from the installment to
the power supply.
1-3 Assembling Procedure of Surrounding Devices
This section describes how to connect the main surrounding devices.

1-1-1 Selecting the Location
1. The machine should be placed on the horizontal place.
2. The conditions are as follows. (No moisture condensation).
• Temperature : 10 ˚C to 35 ˚C
• Temperature difference : Lower than 1 ˚C per min
• Humidity : 25 % to 60 %
3. The following condition is also required.
Refer to the arrangement diagram and keep the enough space for maintenance.

1-1-2 Power Source and Air Source
A) Power source
1. Power source should be connected by using the attached 5-line shielding cable.
2. Before turning ON the power, confirm the conditions before.
• Power supply should be 3 phases, AC 400 V ±10 V, 50/60 Hz.
Maximum of acceptable fluctuation ±5 %.
Power : 1.5 kVA (CM201-DU) and 2.5 kVA (CM202-DU, CM202-DHU)
3. The transformer is changeable between 4 levels of voltage.
1. 420 V 2. 400 V 3. 380 V
4. Ensure that the secondary voltage is AC 200 V ±10 V.
5. Set the polarity with the rotating direction of the blower motor.
B) Main power terminal connection
Open the cover on the lower right of the front side, and the terminal table is fixed. Connect the
main power, not to make a mistake in the terminal number.

POWER AND AIR SOURCES SHOULD BE CONNECTED AT THE LAST OF
INSTALLING OPERATION.
If they are connected earlier, you may get an electric shock or injured.
