Nozzle adapter 5xx

This nozzle adapter is needed when using 4xx nozzles on
a 5xx Twin Head.
This is already included with 5xx series nozzles but must
be ordered separately for grippers, special nozzles and
4xx series nozzles.

Ensure a correct installation position (observe the position during removal).
