• 印网高度
• 此操作将決定Z形架帶着PCB移动到与印网的下面接触的位置的距离。
• 放入正确的PCB (也就是将要印的) 在正确的位置。

• 这时操作员能手动慢移印刷头离开印网的孔。

印网高度操作之前确信没有锡浆在印网上！
• 按跟踪球上的SELECT按钮。
⚫ 虽然触觉感应器的位置不是一直都明显，但感应器的位置可以通过观察
机器本身测量。
• 当印刷头已移动到需要的位置时按 EXIT。
• 机器从上导轨接受PCB和通过Z形架慢慢地向上进行將PCB与印网的下面对准。
• 当测印网的高度操作完成后按NEXT继续。
⚫ 滚动跟踪球在期望的方向
以移动印刷头离开印网孔。

⚫ 刮刀高度
⚫ 此步操作将测量刮刀与印网接触时的高度。
⚫ 移动光标到Utilities ，然后移到Squeegee Height选项。
