forward end.
6. Adjust to a position where the cylinder stopper is in contact with the jig
using the 10 mm shift cylinder adjusting bolt.
8.1.2 Pallet 10 mm Shift Forward and Backward End
Sensor
1. Press [SET] → [MANUAL] → [I/O] → [STANDARD I/O] → [OUTPUT]
and turn on Y04E P.IN PLT RSFT to move the 10 mm pallet shift cylinder
to forward position.
2. Move the sensor to find the position where the sensor turns OFF and
ON.
3. Move the sensor 1 mm to the ON direction and fix.
4. Adjust the 10 mm pallet shift cylinder backward end sensors in the same
manner.
8.1.3 Pallet Clamper Forward and Backward End
Sensor
1. Press [SET] → [MANUAL] → [I/O] → [STANDARD I/O] → [OUTPUT]
and turn off Y04C SS PLT UCLP to clamp the jig (CGPJ0020) to the pallet
clamper.
2. Adjust the pallet clamper forward and backward end sensors in the same
manner as pallet shift cylinder forward and backward end sensors.

1. Press [SET] → [MANUAL] → [I/O] → [STANDARD I/O] → [OUTPUT]
and turn on Y04B SS PLT BWD to retract the Pallet shift.
2. Place the jig (CGPJ0020) against the stopper and press [SET] →
[MANUAL] → [I/O] → [STANDARD I/O] → [OUTPUT] and use Y04C
SS PLT UCLP to clamp the jig.
3. Move the sensor 1 mm toward the jig and adjust the sensitivity.

8.1.5 Pallet Pass Through Check Sensor
1. Press [SET] → [MANUAL] → [I/O] → [STANDARD I/O] → [OUTPUT]
and turn on Y04E P.IN RSFT to move the 10 mm shift cylinder to the
forward end position.
2. Place a pallet against the 10 mm shift cylinder.
3. Move the sensor to the position where the pass-through check sensor
senses the pallet.
4. Move the sensor 1 mm to the left. The sensor must turn ON at this
position.
5. Ensure that the right edge of the pass-through check sensor is not
beyond the right edge of the IN- pallet loader. If so, shift it to the left.
6. Turn off Y04E P.IN RSFT to return the pallet and check that the sensor is
not interrupted. Adjust the sensor’s sensitivity later when pallets are
loaded onto the machine.
