9.1 Out Shifter
9.1.1 Pallet 10 mm Shift
1. Adjust the following speed controllers before the adjustment.
10 mm Shift Cylinder: 4.5 turns from the fully closed position.
Pallet Clamp Cylinder: Fully open
Pallet Unclamp Cylinder: Not controlled
2. Press [SET] → [MANUAL] → [I/O] → [STANDARD I/O] → [OUTPUT]
and turn on Y069 P.OUT PLT RSFT to advance the 10 mm shift.
3. Remove the pallet OUT prevention stopper.
4. Inch the SS-axis 204 mm, 81600 pulses from the SS0 value.
5. Turn on Y062 SS PIN ON to turn on SS pin.
6. Place an 8-inch pallet to the OUT- pallet loader and make sure that it
aligns at the SS pin and cam follower.
7. Adjust the position of 8-inch pallet arrival check sensor so that it detects
the right edge of the pallet.
8. Turn on Y63 SS PIN OFF to turn off SS pin. Make sure that the pallet
stays in position.
9. Turn on Y069 P.OUT PLT RSFT to advance the 10 mm shift and adjust
the 10 mm OUT shift cylinder so the pallet moves 10 mm.
10. Adjust the speed control.
10 mm shift cylinder : (1) 4 turns from the fully closed
position
: (2) 1.75 turns from the fully closed
position
• Pallet clamp cylinder : Fully open
• Pallet unclamp cylinder : Not controlled
• SS-rail cylinder with pin : Fully open
• SS-rail cylinder without pin : Fully open

9.1.2 Pallet Stopper
1. 8-inch Pallet Stopper must be in contact with the OUT prevention
stopper after the pallet shifts 10 mm to the OUT- pallet loader.
2. Change pallet size from 8 to 16-inch. Adjust the interlock sensor, so it is
not interrupted when the pallet shifts 10 mm. (Positioned to 1~2 mm
from the right edge of the pallet.)
3. 16-inch Pallet Out Prevention Stopper is in contact with the OUT
prevention stopper after a 10 mm shift.
