10.1.9 Pallet Change Station Forward and Backward
End Sensors
1. Press [SET] [MANUAL] [I/O] [STANDARD I/O] [OUTPUT]
and turn on Y06F SHUTTER CLOSE to lower the shutter.
2. Move the sensor and find the position where sensor turn OFF and ON.
3. Move the sensor 1 mm to ON side.
4. Turn on Y06E SHUTTER OPEN and adjust the sensor position.
Note: There are two downward end sensors. Both of them must come on.
10.1.10 Pallet Change Station Shutter
1. Reattach the acrylic cover. Be careful not to incline the cover at this time.
2. Check for any interference with the wiring tubes when moving the
shutter vertically.
3. Check for any interference with the shutter cover or wiring tubes when
opening or closing the station.
4. Manually check for any potential interference with the pallet.
