4.2.6.4 One nozzle - Pick up (with Nozzle Changer Only)
When this function is selected, a specific nozzle is picked up from the appropriate magazine of the nozzle
changer.
PLEASE NOTE
The nozzle must be preset by the line computer.
Click on the One nozzle button in the Nozzle changer work area.
Click on the Pick up button. An input box will appear on screen.
Enter the desired nozzle number in the input box and click on OK to confirm.
The selected nozzle will be picked up from the nozzle changer by the revolver head.
4.2.6.5 One nozzle - Remove (with Nozzle Changer Only)
When this function is selected, a specific nozzle on the revolver head is placed in the reject container of the
nozzle changer.
Click on the One nozzle button in the Nozzle changer work area.
Click on the Remove button. An input box will appear on screen.
Enter the desired nozzle number in the input box and click on OK to confirm.
The selected nozzle will be thrown into the reject container.
4.2.6.6 One nozzle - Replace (with Nozzle Changer Only)
This function is selected in order to replace a specific nozzle.
Click on the One nozzle button in the Nozzle changer work area.
Click on the Replace button. An input box will appear on screen.
Enter the desired nozzle number in the input box and click on OK to confirm.
The selected nozzle will be replaced by a new nozzle of the same type.
4.2.6.7 All Nozzles - Return (with Nozzle Changer Only)
When this function is activated, all nozzles which are at the revolver head will be returned to the correspond-
ing magazines of the nozzle changer.
Within the All nozzles working area click on the Return button. All nozzles which are at the star will be
returned to the corresponding magazines of the nozzle changer.

4.2.6.8 All Nozzles - Pickup (with Nozzle Changer Only)
When this function is activated, all nozzles will be picked up from their respective magazines in the nozzle
changer.
Click on the All nozzles button in the Nozzle changer work area.
Within the All nozzles working area click on the Pick up button. All nozzles which have been specified in
the set-up for the nozzle changer will be picked up by the revolver head from the nozzle changer.
4.2.6.9 All Nozzles - Remove (with Nozzle Changer Only)
When this function is activated, all of the nozzles at the revolver head will be discarded into the reject con-
tainer.
Click on the All nozzles button in the Nozzle changer work area.
Within the All nozzles working area click on the Remove button. All of the nozzles at the revolver head will
be discarded into the reject container.

4.2.7 Nozzle Changer Configuration, 12x Revolver Head
This function is used for displaying, checking and changing the nozzle types in the individual magazines of the
nozzle changer.
NOTE
A revolver head nozzle changer must be installed and configured in the machine options.
In the Gantry functions menu click on the symbol button for Nozzle changer configuration revolver
head.

- The nozzle changer magazine concerned is shown in the Garage column.
- The Number column contains the number of nozzles currently in the magazine concerned.
- The Actual column indicates the actual set-up at the nozzle changer.
- The Programmed column indicates the set-up specified by the line computer.
- The To change column exhibits an arrow (<== ) when the Programmed and Actual configurations are
not the same.
