4.2.8.1 Confirm Change

Set up the nozzles which have to be changed (in the To change column marked with an arrow (<==) in the

individual nozzle garages to the Programmed state.

Mark the line in question (it is displayed against a blue background) and within the working area click on

the Confirm button. Programmed and Actual must now be the same.

NOTE

Up to 20 nozzles can be defined.

Each nozzle garage must be confirmed individually.

The Go to refill position, Rinse fluxer head and Init. fluxer head buttons are only active if the flux applica-

tion unit option has been installed. A description of the functions is given in Chapter 11.7 of this User’s Man-

ual.

NOTE

With travel functions of the x or y axis the machine cover must be closed and to execute the function the start

button must be pressed. The gantries will in every case travel only at slow speed.
