Loading Of Carrier

Loading the carrier involves three steps:

1. Push in the refilled carrier

2. Turn the latch inward to secure the carriers

3. Close the transparent acrylic door

SW 703 Option WPC - Correct placement of Carrier in Unit :

Correct place ment of Carrier i n Unit

1. Carriers with correct placement will show a consistent

straight tape line running diagonally from top left to

right bottom

2. A distorted line indicates that some carriers are at the

wrong level

Note: Wrongly positioned carrier will result in wrong

component being picked up.

correct edge (Cut) facing inward
