1. Read safety instructions before use
2. Danger of crushing – Do not reach into the machine
while it is operating
3. Yellow ring around the emergency stop buttons
4. Dangerous Voltages – risk of electric shock or burn –
areas of the machine where high voltages are
present
5. In some areas voltages can be present for up to 30
seconds

SIPLACE HS-, HF-, D and X-series machines have linear
drives which use very powerful Permanent Magnets. Be
careful while working close to these magnets.
1. Strong Permanent Magnets present
2. Danger of crushing for people with passive metal
implants (plates, screws, etc.)?
3. Potential damage to keys, credit cards, watches, etc.
4. Great danger for people with active implants
(pacemakers, insulin pumps, defibrillators)

All SIPLACE machines are equipped with tape cutters
that have very sharp blades. Be careful while working
near the tape cutters.
1. Risk of cutting – danger of cutting is possible even
when the machine is turned off
2. Used tape chute – never reach up above the tape
chute
3. Used tape channel - never reach into the opening of
the channel
