Have everything ready before you start maintenance!
The following materials are needed:
1. Vacuum Cleaner.
2. SIPLACE Cleaning Tissues (Part No. 00315253-02).
3. Dry Lint free cloths.
4. Ethanol Alcohol.
5. Nozzle cleaning appliance (Part No 03055736-01 for
CP20 head & 03076627-01 for CPP head)
6. Ultrasonic bath (Part No 03042652-01)
7. Distilled Water.
8. Nozzle Grove Plate (Part No 03066508-01)
9. Nozzle Cleaning Brush ( Part No 00325866-01)
10. Small Dry brush

Before starting maintenance work you should stop
production and prevent PCBs from entering the line.
1. Click on the conveyor input icon.
2. Select - ‘All input conveyors’ - ‘Block’.
3. Confirm by clicking - ‘OK’.

2. Click – ‘Do not change production status’.
This will prevent production from starting again until you
want it to.
