Weekly PM (70x) - Shut down the Machine. :

Shut down the Machine.
1. Select the ‘Settings and Options’ menu.
2. Select ‘Shut down machine’.
The machine will now shut down, this process takes
around 1 minute.
Wait until you get the message on the screen ‘Safe to
switch off the computer’ before you turn of the main
power switch of the machine.

Clean the Feeder Tables
1. Slide the feeders back on the table in a step format.
2. Turn the component pusher clockwise and remove
the waste components.
3. Vacuum around the feeders and the table to ensure
that all loose components are removed.
4. Slide the feeders back into position at the front of the
table and cut the waste tape back to the feeder.
Weekly PM (70x) - Clean inside the machine :

Clean inside the machine
1. Remove the PCB support pins.
2. Vacuum around the tape cutter, nozzle changer and
PCB conveyors.
3. Empty the component reject boxes.
4. Clean around the conveyor and lifting table area
using a dry lint free cloth.
5. Replace the PCB support pins in the correct location.
