Cleaning Ceramic Nozzles - Overview
All Ceramic nozzles should be removed and cleaned. All
plastic nozzles should be checked for damage / wear and
replaced if needed.
1. Ceramic nozzles before cleaning.
2. Nozzle Magazine Exchange.
(A) To remove - push spring plate forward to release the
magazine.
(B) Tilt the magazine back and lift up.
(C) To replace – Slot back of magazine into rear clip.
(D) Align holes in magazine with pins.

Nozzle Cle aning Tools
The nozzle cleaning tool set allows you to easily transfer
nozzles from the changer magazine into the cleaning
appliance and directly into the cleaning bath filled with
distilled water.
1. Cleaning appliance is fitted to the nozzles in the
magazine.
2. All nozzles are removed from the magazine in 1
action.
3. The ultrasonic bath is filled with distilled water to the
level (A).
4. After cleaning in the ultrasonic bath the groove plate
is fitted to the cleaning appliance and the nozzle
brush is used to remove any remaining dirt.

Check the Nozzles
1. Use a magnifying glass to examine the nozzles – re-
clean if required or replace if defective.
2. Ceramic nozzle after cleaning.
3. Refit the nozzle magazines to the changers.
Ensure the magazines are fitted to the correct location.
(A) Magazine numbering locations 1 & 2
(B) Magazine numbering locations 3 & 4.
