Weekly PM (70x) - Clean the Stationary Camera Lens :

Clean the S tationary Camera Lens
1. Remove the stationary camera.
2. Carefully clean the glass lens of the camera with a
lens cloth.
3. Refit the stationary camera.
Reboot the machine by turning on the main power switch.
It will take around 2 minutes for the machine to be ready.

Refit the Feeder Tables
1. Refit the feeder tables to the correct location.
2. Check the part numbers of the component reels
loaded onto the feeders against those on the set up
sheet for that machine location.
Ensure the right table is loaded to the right location!
3. Check that a component is present at the pick up
position for each feeder.
4. Empty the cover tape holders on all the feeders.
5. Empty the waste tape bin on all the feeder tables.

Last Clean ing Tasks
1. Clean the outside of the machine covers using large
lint free cloths.
2. Ensure that the machine working area is clear and
that no tools or materials have been left inside.
3. Close the machine safety covers.
4. Press the start button and the gantries should return
to their last positions.
