Weekly PM (70x) - Refit the Feeder Tables :

Refit the Feeder Tables
1. Refit the feeder tables to the correct location.
2. Check the part numbers of the component reels
loaded onto the feeders against those on the set up
sheet for that machine location.
Ensure the right table is loaded to the right location!
3. Check that a component is present at the pick up
position for each feeder.
4. Empty the cover tape holders on all the feeders.
5. Empty the waste tape bin on all the feeder tables.

Last Clean ing Tasks
1. Clean the outside of the machine covers using large
lint free cloths.
2. Ensure that the machine working area is clear and
that no tools or materials have been left inside.
3. Close the machine safety covers.
4. Press the start button and the gantries should return
to their last positions.

1. Pick up the nozzles for all heads from the nozzle
changers.
2. Make a vacuum test for all heads.
If there are any problems with the test contact your
supervisor.
3. Click ‘Head Nozzle Offset’ icon / button to make a
height reference run for all heads.
Should any nozzles fail the test check that they a seated
correctly and then repeat the test. If the failure is
repeated contact your supervisor.
