1. Vacuums errors – ensure the correct nozzles are
fitted, ensure the nozzles are cleaned correctly.
2. Track empty / high reject rate – ensure feeders are
set up and working correctly.
3. Counting errors on X or Y axis – ensure that the
scales are not contaminated when lubricating the
linear guides.
