(A) Magazine Exchange Procedure.
1. To remove – push the sprung lever down to release
the magazine.
2. Tilt the magazine back and lift up.
3. To replace – slot the back of the magazine against
the rear pins.
4. Push the magazine down until it clicks in place.
(B) Magazine garage numbering.
(C) Magazine numbers – locations 1 & 2.
(D) Magazine numbers – locations 3 & 4.
(T) Transport direction.

Online Setup Verification
The online setup verification can be carried out
separately for each location.
1. Check and see if the setup is displayed as online
setup in Setup Center.
2. Scan the control barcode Table verification of the
location to be verified.
3. Scan the COT (change over table) barcode and
watch the barcode reader display.
4. Scan all configured barcodes of the packaging unit.
Repeat step 4 until all the necessary tracks for the
current job are verified.
NOTICE! Depending on the configuration of
Setup Center further steps can be necessary during
online setup verification. Therefore always watch the
display of the barcode reader.
e.g. scanning of user or reordering a packaging unit.
