1. About this manual
This manual is comprised of the following chapters.
Chapter 1 Maintenance
Describes operating conditions and environments necessary to maintain the machine performance, and the importance
of the daily check work and cleaning work. Setups to make before starting maintenance work, consumable parts and
maintenance tools as well as the necessary tools are also described.
Chapter 2 Daily maintenance items
Making checks and cleaning the machine are essential daily maintenance tasks for maintaining equipment performance.
Performing these tasks prevents unforeseen trouble and allows using the machine in an optimum state.
Chapter 3 Periodic maintenance items
Describes maintenance tasks that should be performed periodically to maintain equipment performance. According to
the contents of the maintenance items, recommended maintenance intervals are available, such as "weekly", "monthly",
"3-month", "6-month", and "1-year".
Chapter 4
Maintenance of options
Describes the maintenance work of the Z:LEX main unit options (ionizer, UPS battery, and nozzle station).
For details about options (cATS10, sATS30, sATS30NS, Feeder exchange carriage, Nonstop Feeder exchange system, QFP
