Å Kontrollieren Sie abschließend - für JEDES Magazin einzeln - die ermittelten Abholhöhen:
Wählen Sie nacheinander die Magazine durch Anklicken des jeweiligen Buttons
-> wählen Sie jeweils "Pipettendaten anzeigen".
Å Vergleichen Sie - für jedes Magazin einzeln - die ermittelten Werte in derOHW]WHQ6SDOWH
– Die max. zulässige Toleranz aller Werte eines jeden Magazins zum jeweils benachbarten
Magazine ist +/-10 Digits.
– Die Werte in der letzten Spalte eines Magazins müssen im Bereich zwischen 870 bis 929
Digits liegen.
Å Wenn die Werte die Werte in Ordnung sind, wählen Sie "Einstellungen" -> "Maschinendaten
speichern".
Å Wenn Abweichungen bestehen, so prüfen Sie,
Å ob die PPW-Montagefläche der Aufnahme einwandfrei / sauber ist.
Å ob der Pipettenwechsel richtig ausgeführt wurde / eine Schwergängigkeit der Pipette auf
der Pinole besteht.
Å Führen Sie nach Beseitigung der Ursache die Ermittlung der Abholhöhen inkl. Kontrolle und
Speichern der Werte erneut durch, wie oben beschrieben.
Å Beenden Sie den SITEST und führen Sie einen Neustart der Maschine durch.
Å Setzen Sie die Arbeit mit dem "RV Mapping" fort.
1.8.3 RV-Mapping
Å Führen Sie das RV-Mapping für den RV6-DLM1-Kopf / das entsprechende Portal anhand der
Softwareanleitung SITEST V 502.xx durch.
1.8.4 Feinkalibrierung
Å Führen Sie die Feinkalibrierung anhand der Softwareanleitung SITEST V 502.xx durch.
1.8.5 LR: Konfiguration RV6-DLM1-Kopf, PPW RV6
Å Konfigurieren Sie im Stationseditor den neuen Bestückkopf RV6 und den Pipettenwechsler
RV6 Standard (bzw. MTC), wie in der Software-Versionsbeschreibung LRU V 502.xx beschrie-
ben.

Only Siemens service engineers or personnel who have been trained in by Siemens for this work
and are therefore authorized to perform this retrofitting.
This manual describes the installation of the 6-segment revolver head 59'/0) on SIPLACE
6+0 (SW V 502.xx) at the customer.
CAUTION
You may proceed as described in these instructions when installing the RV6-DLM1 head on a
SIPLACE F5 machine or vice versa, i.e., when installing a modular 12-segment revolver head
(RV12-DLM1) instead of a modular 6-segment head (RV6-DLM1). HOWEVER, it is IMPERATIVE
THAT YOU CONTACT SMD SERVICE BEFOREHAND to clear up various details.
To install the RE12-DLM1 head you will also need the optional "RV12 nozzle changer Standard"
(retrofit kits -> See Section 2.3.3 and Section 2.3.4) or, for the existing MTC, the "Nozzle changer
RV12 MTC". -> see "Retrofitting Instuctions MTC on S-25 HM (Option)", Item no.: 00192792-02
(G + E).
THE SITUATION AT THE OUTSET FOR THIS DOKUMENT:
One SIPLACE machine with modular-segment revolver heads (RV12-DLM1 head).
The RV6-DLM1 head can be installed on both gantries or just on one.
If only one RV6-DLM1 head is retrofitted, it is preferable that this be installed on Gantry 1.
When a 6-segment head is retrofitted, the existing nozzle changer for the 12-segment head
(= nozzle changer RV12 Standard or RV12 MTC) must exchanged for the nozzle changer RV6
Standard or RV6 MTC. Consequently, the installation and configuration of the nozzle changer RV6
Standard is also described in these retrofitting instrucitons. For the installation and the configura-
tion of the nozzle changer RV6 / RV 12 MTC you will required the "Retrofitting Instuctions MTC on
S-25 HM (Option)", Item no.: 00192792-02 (G + E).
