1050 yk-axis: Target position outside of travel range
CAUSE
● The measurement of the head references does not match the travel range of the yk-axis
REMEDY
● Remeasure the head references; remeasure the minimum/maximum positions of the yk-axis
1051 Z-axis; GU1: Target position outside of travel range
CAUSE
● The minimum/maximum positions of the Z1-axis are not correct; height of the head is not correct
REMEDY
● Adjust the minimum/maximum positions and zero point correction correctly; specify the head
height correctly.

● The minimum/maximum positions of the Z2-axis are not correct; height of the head is not correct
