151 Nozzle return/discard SP not completed
CAUSE
● During automatic change or when the "Return all nozzles" menu was called it was not possible to
return all nozzles because:
there are no enough empty garages in the corresponding magazine.
although the magazine is full, setting full was not confirmed.
REMEDY
● Nozzles which could not be returned will be ejected into the rejects tray.
NOTE
While this is running when there is a fault the magazine and garage numbers will be displayed in the
"General errors" menu.
The following will apply: Info1 = Magazine number
Info2 = Garage number
153 Ceramic substrate centering: x clamp cannot be opened
CAUSE
● Air pressure is absent; valve incorrectly set; bero defective; mechanical problems
REMEDY
● Check air pressure; adjust valve; check bero; check mechanism
154 Ceramic substrate centering: x clamp cannot be locked
CAUSE
● Valve set incorrectly; bero defective; mechanical problems
REMEDY
● Adjust valve; check bero; check mechanism
155 Conveyor belt target width outside travel range
CAUSE
● Conveyor belt target width specified by the line computer for the automatic width adjustment is
> 460 mm or < 50 mm
REMEDY
● Input the target width of the board (which will lie within the minimum and maximum target widths)
into the line computer
156 Conveyor belt target width cannot be set (timeout)
CAUSE
● Emergency stop during automatic width adjustment; bero on the moveable side of the conveyor is
defective or not set correctly; width adjustment motor is defective
REMEDY
● Check bero or motor

CAUSE
● Limit switch of the conveyor belt width adjustment is defective
REMEDY
● Check the limit switches
158 Limit switch of width adjustment for minimum width actuated
CAUSE
● Conveyor belt width has been set too small
REMEDY
● Increase conveyor belt width
159 Limit switch of width adjustment for maximum width actuated
CAUSE
● Conveyor belt width has been set too large
REMEDY
● Reduce conveyor belt width
160 Bero not found during conveyor belt width check
CAUSE
● Conveyor belt bero is defective or set incorrectly
REMEDY
● Check bero
161 Bero covered before conveyor belt width check
CAUSE
● Conveyor belt bero responds before the actual position (gantry) is reached
REMEDY
● Adjust bero
162 WPC must be moved from refill position
CAUSE
● WPC is in the refill position
REMEDY
● The operator should quit the refill position in the "Refill" "Location1" menu.
163 Conveyor belt width out of travel range
CAUSE
● The conveyor width detected lies outside of the possible range of values.
The sensing distance of the bero has been set too high.
The bero is defective.
REMEDY
● Use the SITEST program to re-register the 100mm board and run width measurement again.
The sensing distance of the bero has been set too high.
Replace bero.

201 Track empty, optical centering incorrect
CAUSE
● 3 optical measuring errors with component from one track; set up for incorrect component.
Incorrect angle has been input for the component in the feeder.
REMEDY
● Check components feed; fill up empty track and reset track.
check set-up data.
202 Track empty, measure value outside tol.
CAUSE
● 3 electrical measurement errors with component from one track
REMEDY
● Check components feed; fill up empty track and reset track.
203 Track put out of operation by operator
CAUSE
● Under the menu "Refill" track set to empty.
REMEDY
● Reset track in the menu "Refill".
204 Z-axis cannot be moved upwards
CAUSE
● When the start button pressed Z-axis not in top position.
REMEDY
● Check servo, push Z-axis upwards by hand.
205 BERO for Z-axis top position not released
CAUSE
● Sensing distance too great; Bero defective; cam disk not tightened up correctly; z zero point cor-
rection value incorrect; counting error.
REMEDY
● Adjust sensing distance; replace Bero; tighten up cam disk; redetermine z zero point correction;
fit new motor/tacho/encoder; carry out axis calibration.
206 Fault in pick-up station during vac. meas.
CAUSE
● Suction face of the nozzle damaged; nozzle too small; component was not supplied.
REMEDY
● Fit new nozzle; check component feed.
