909 DP: Glue type list KLL incorrectly loaded
CAUSE
● Faulty data (*.vkl, SIPLACE.KLL) on the hard disk
REMEDY
● Check all *.vkl files (including file name in the file)
910 VS: Search for array index not successful
CAUSE
● The job file is not consistent
REMEDY
● Check the camera records in REAL.MA; check the job data (GF data) in the line computer.
911 OPT: Spacer in contact with glueing point
CAUSE
● Glueing points are too close together or their position relative to the spacer is not good.
REMEDY
● Reposition the spacer and reoptimize the cluster.
NOTE
The spacer angle must be input in the "Modify system data" menu.
912 DP: axis type incorrect in small gantry mapping data
CAUSE
● Incorrect axis type in the RASTER.K1 file (mapping data for glueing station for small gantries)
REMEDY
● Make the necessary correction in the machine file RASTER.K1 (axis type).

CAUSE
● Z3-axis is not positioned high enough; Bero defective; Z3-axis is jamming
motor, controller, servo-amplifier defective.
REMEDY
● Check the components just mentioned.
1010 Z-axis; GU1: cannot be moved any further upwards
CAUSE
● When the start button is pressed the Z1-axis is below the minimum position
REMEDY
● The servo-amplifier should be checked; slide the Z1-axis upwards by hand

incorrect.
REMEDY
● Check machine data; check the mechanism; check the axis calibration
or check the components; if necessary, replace
1020 Z-axis; GU1: Target position not reached
CAUSE
● Machine data not correct; mechanism is jamming;
drive motor, tachometer, incremental encoder, servo-amplifier defective; calibration of the axis
incorrect. Cam is in incorrect position with respect to zero pulse
REMEDY
● Check machine data; check the mechanism; check the axis calibration
or check the components; if necessary, replace, fit cam in correct rotational position; redetermine
zero point correction

CAUSE
● Machine data not correct; mechanism is jamming;
