Die Transportsteuerung wird ohne Firmware ausgeliefert. Die Firmware muß zunächst geladen
werden.
Auf beiliegender Diskette 00356219-01 befindet sich die Firmware Transport für den Software-
Stand 501.xx.
Ab Software-Stand 502 erstellen Sie bitte eine Installationsdiskette mit Hilfe der ausgelieferten In-
stallations-CD (siehe auch Installationsanleitung in der Software-Versionsbeschreibung).
: Vorgehensweise zum Laden der Firmware Transport:
: Installationsdiskette mit Firmware Transport in Diskettenlaufwerk Maschinencontroller (M54)
einlegen.
: Maschine einschalten.
Schalten Sie zur Anzeige den Monitor auf den Maschinencontroller um.
Es wird MS-DOS auf dem Maschinencontroller gestartet. Anschliessend wird automatisch die
Firmware über CAN-Bus an die Transportsteuerung übertragen. Beim Doppeltransport werden
automatisch beide Transportsteuerungen nachgeladen.
: Nach erfolgreichem Download wird die Version und das Erstelldatum der geladenen Firmware
angezeigt.
Bedeutung der LEDs an dere Transportsteuerung:
– rote LED "Fail" - diese LED
* leuchtet dauernd - die Baugruppe ist defekt
* leuchtet ca. 10 Sekunden - beim Einschalten
* blinkt - Transportsteuerung befindet sich im Nachlademodus (oder wartet auf das Nachladen
der Firmware)
– grüne LED "RUN", diese LED
* blinkt - Firmware Transportsteuerung läuft
– gelbe LED "CAN", diese LED
* leuchtet kurz, wenn ein CAN-Telegramm empfangen wurde
* leuchtet dauernd - während des Nachladens der Firmware

The changeover kit control HS-50 conveyor single/double conveyor contains the newly developed
conveyor control TSP200 and in the case of service replaces the control built in to date (mounting
plate PCB handling control single conveyor Mat.-No.: 00 343 483-01 / double conveyor Mat.-No.:
00 342 984 01).

Conveyor control TSP100 is on the transport mounting plate. The sensors are directly cable-con-
nected to the conveyor control. The described Changeover is QRWSRVVLEOH for these first 20 ma-
chines resp. the wiring has to be changed substantially.

Conveyor control TSP100 is inside the machine base to the right side of the input conveyor. The
sensors are connected to the conveyor control by several long single cables.

TSP100 is replaced by TSP200 - also as service spare part. The changeover is carried out by re-
placing the mounting plate. Since the sensor cables are going directly into the machine base, the
FRQYHUVLRQERDUGin the retrofit kit TSP200 is mounted directly above the TSP200-conveyor con-
trol board. Thus, after the changeover the active conversion board is here and no more in the
placement area.
With the implementation of the retrofit kit a special option plug is provided on the conversion
board: X34 bzw. X35 , an 18pin-plug. Each transport-option must be connected to X34 resp. X35.
The control identifies automatically the connected option. In case of the options FHUDPLFVXEVWUDWH
FHQWHULQJand YDFXXPWRROLQJ a suitable cable is provided.

The /RQJ%RDUGoption(developed in the US) still uses the old TSP100 connectors with 6-pin
plugs.
