The changeover kit control HS-50 conveyor single/double conveyor contains the newly developed
conveyor control TSP200 and in the case of service replaces the control built in to date (mounting
plate PCB handling control single conveyor Mat.-No.: 00 343 483-01 / double conveyor Mat.-No.:
00 342 984 01).

Conveyor control TSP100 is on the transport mounting plate. The sensors are directly cable-con-
nected to the conveyor control. The described Changeover is QRWSRVVLEOH for these first 20 ma-
chines resp. the wiring has to be changed substantially.

Conveyor control TSP100 is inside the machine base to the right side of the input conveyor. The
sensors are connected to the conveyor control by several long single cables.

TSP100 is replaced by TSP200 - also as service spare part. The changeover is carried out by re-
placing the mounting plate. Since the sensor cables are going directly into the machine base, the
FRQYHUVLRQERDUGin the retrofit kit TSP200 is mounted directly above the TSP200-conveyor con-
trol board. Thus, after the changeover the active conversion board is here and no more in the
placement area.
With the implementation of the retrofit kit a special option plug is provided on the conversion
board: X34 bzw. X35 , an 18pin-plug. Each transport-option must be connected to X34 resp. X35.
The control identifies automatically the connected option. In case of the options FHUDPLFVXEVWUDWH
FHQWHULQJand YDFXXPWRROLQJ a suitable cable is provided.

The /RQJ%RDUGoption(developed in the US) still uses the old TSP100 connectors with 6-pin
plugs.

In the case of service (conveyor control defective) the entire mounting plate is changed. The pig-
gyback fixed conversation board guarantees compatibility with the old control.

The two retrofit kits were developed for service only and will not be integrated in the series man-
ufacturing.
In the following picture you see the old conveyor control for double conveyor - recognizable by the
two SLIOs.
