a Remove the condensate tank by turning it counter-clockwise and pulling down (bayonet fitting).
s Unscrew the filter casing from the compressed air maintenance unit.
d Loosen the Phillips screw and then remove the filter from the filter casing.
f Replace the filter if it is dirty.
: Reverse the sequence described above to fit the filter and the filter casing.
: Then open the main compressed air valve.
Check or replace the silencer
g Check the silencer of the Collect&Place head for dirt.
If it is discolored, turn the holder counter-clockwise to detach it.
h Reverse the sequence described above to replace the dirty filter and fit a new filter.

Clean and grease the toothed belts of the X and Z axes
: Remove any dirt from the toothed belts of the X and Z axes.
a Grease the toothed belt for the X axis using a short-bristled brush dipped in ISOFLEX TOPAS
NCA 52.
s Grease the toothed belt for the Z axis using a short-bristled brush dipped in ISOFLEX TOPAS
NCA 52.
: Move the axes back and forth to evenly distribute the grease over the toothed belts.
Maintain the component table
d Clear the feeder area.
: Use a vacuum cleaner to remove loose components from the component table.
f Use a whetstone to remove any unnevenness on the magnetic bar.
