a Use a lint-free cloth sprayed with WD 40 to protect the feeder area.
s Use a vacuum cleaner to remove any loose components from the tape container, and remove
any adhesive labels and tapes that are no longer needed.
d Cut the protruding used tape off flush with the feeder and empty the component drawer on
8mm S feeders.
: Place the feeder on the feeder area once more.
Make sure that the conveyor is in the right location and is connected correctly.

: Close the protective cover.
: Switch the placement system on at the main switch.
: Repeat these tasks in every feeder area.

– Syringe with Klüber Structovis GHD (Item no. 00367071-01)
– Set of cleaned sleeves
– Set of cleaned / new valve plungers
