Distributor block (back part of the head)
a Carefully remove the distributor block and the two O-rings.
s Carefully remove the two O-rings.
: Clean them and grease very sparingly with Unisilkon L250L.
: Check the distributor block for damage
If it is damaged, replace it with a new block (see Service Manual).
: Wipe the distributor block using a lint-free cloth moistened with ethyl alcohol.
: Blow it through with compressed air.
d Check that the ball catch moves easily
If it does not move easily, replace the entire distributor block.
f Place the clean distributor block and lightly greased O-rings on a clean surface.

Star brake
: Check the star brake for damage and that it is functioning correctly.
a Wipe the star brake clean using a dry, lint-free cloth. Make sure that you remove all grease
residues.
: Fill the three small holes in the star brake (see arrows) with ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52.
s Remove any excess grease with a lint-free cloth.
: Apply a thin film of grease to the surface of the star brake.
Distributor block seat
d Clean the distributor block seat using a cottonwool bud lightly moistened with ethyl alcohol.

Make sure that you do not force dirt into the vacuum openings with the cottonwool bud.
