Procedure
(1) Press the button for the installed nozzle stocker in the "Unit Select" area.
Note
For the high-speed nozzle stocker, the stocker type is displayed and for the
multi-functional nozzle stocker, the stocker shape is displayed.
(2) Press the stocker type or stocker shape button.
(3) Press the stocker type or stocker shape button.
