2.1.4 Exchange and setup steps
X Belt
Push the X axis to the a distance where you can
measure
600 mm between the beginning of the
belt holding and the middle of the pulley.
Required tension for the X belt is
35 Hz ± 1 Hz.
Be aware that a new belt is setup to 36 Hz.
Measure the belt tension approximately in the
middle of the measuring distance.
If the tension is outside the limits, proceed
with the setup steps below, else go to the
next axis.
Loosen the rigid coupling by loosening the
screw.

n the five screws that are retaining the belt
tensioner.
Turn the belt tension nut accordingly to achieve
the correct tension.

Fasten the five screws that are retaining the belt
tensioner.
Fasten the screw of the coupling using a torque
key adjusted on 2.5 Newton.
